Made from an old Axe i use to use when living close to the forest, covered in Bark & painted with Black Hammerite.

Bowls formed from cross laminated stock, gathered over 18 years of Woodworking from apprenticeship. Stock contains Oak, Tulip wood (practice draw dovetail’s) to found soft & hard wood pallet.
Rugged burned grain with Acrylic Lacquer. A Stem of hard wood mounted upon oak Barrel footing from Bristol.

Scottish Oak lid with £50 note spine, donated by Delfina Entrecanales. Oak Side stock from Family coffee Table (linked with Moon). Mixed stock from 18yr gathered Materials & Ply.
The front & sides are from a family oak Coffee Table i inherited. Hinges & Feet hand made of Purple heart & from the Scottish Borders Railway.
Inside - 3 Soya Sauce Sushi Fish Swim in-front of 2 Wooden Hypos, Holding A Eye in-between there Mouth, They Swim in a pool of Black Hammerite & Bark.
Underneath This Scene is a full Domino set Hand made from Church Oak Floor & Finished with Black Boot Polish. Mixed Metal.
